A standard appointment is required if you have a single non-urgent condition or routine problem to consult with your doctor. It is a 10 - 15-minute appointment
Long Appointments
Patients will be charged a fee according to length and complexity of visit.
We request that you book a longer appointment through the receptionist if you have a complex problem or multiple issues to attend to or require detailed forms to complete. It is a 20 - 30 minute appointment for patients presenting with more than one issue This assists your doctor to appropriately attend to your needs and helps prevent lengthy waiting times for other patients.Online Bookings

Be mindful to plan your appointment to enable your Doctor to serve you within the time period of your consultation.Telehealth/Phone Consultation Appointments
5 - 10 minute consult via telephone. Patients will be called at the time of their appointment and are not required to phone in. Standard appointment fees apply.
*Eligibility criteria applies: patients must have been seen in the clinic within the last 12 months OR be required by SA Health to isolate.Appointments requiring Interpretation
A long/ Prolonged appointment (20 - 30 minutes) for patients who require the help of an interpreter.
We use the services of Translating & Interpreting Service (TIS National) and we can assist you with arranging a telephone interpreter for your consultation, or an on-site interpreter to attend during your consultation.
