Dietician
Rosita Pakrou-Farmer is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at Flinders University. She is passionate about the application of wholefoods and nutrition science in promoting better health and reducing the risk of preventable disease.
Rosita’s mission is to empower you to take the necessary steps to achieve sustainable healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes for a better health outcome, at any stage of your life. It is never too late to make a better choice in nutrition! It all comes little by little, day by day.
In her off time from work and family commitments or taking the dog for a walk, she is found in her garden. A keen gardener, she loves to grow flowers, fruit trees, vegetables, and herbs, even in pots! There is always something from her garden that ends up in the cooking. She mostly follows a plant-based diet with small amounts of animal products.
She is bilingual in English and Persian.
